I belonged to the club before covid It was clean and adequate. But I found it very expensive unless you wanted to use it several times a week.

Only thing! Bathrooms to pools should be took care of more...Atleast have a water vacuum so people aren't stepping on other peoples wetness. I have had parties here before. In the pool area and outside pavilion. Great place to come if your bringing your family and from out of town. Very nice people. Should have atleast 1 older receptionist at the desk but its all cool. Great Great place always nice.

I love everything about this gym. From the variety of equipment and resources (steam room, pool), their kind and caring staff, affordable monthly price, and so many classes are included in your membership (cycling, yoga, swim). I love Denise's cycling class; she has the best energy, plays great music, and kicks our butt everytime. I'm a marathon runner and planning to pursue a triathlon in the near future, but my swimming needs some help; so I also recently started swim lessons here with Jill (again, very affordable prices), and she has been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. They pool is large, clean, and a very comfortable temp. I highly recommend checking out Inwood Athletic Club. You can even try it 1 week free (that's what I did before joining). I really think you'll find what you need here for your wellness needs.

Inwood Athletic Club is the place to go if you are looking to be part of a gym family. The atmosphere is friendly and outgoing. The trainers know you by your name and want to push you to grow your fitness journey. Imagine the show Cheers, but instead of drinking, we are all lifting weights getting to know each other, and having a laugh. The facility has everything a full-service gym has to provide for weight training, 100s of brand new cardio machines. 3 studios for classes offering an array of classes. High intensity, Strength, Spin, Yoga and my favorite at the moment Bootcamp. Inwood has some of the best best trainers in the industry. Come get your fitness journey started today!
